Unconstitutional laws as in this particular state are passed by a lobbying group known as MADD. Clearly this is about prohibition, not about driving while intoxicated. Next time walk home or stay outside, but don’t get in the vehicle until later on when you can work on changing these unconstitutional laws. What a tragedy.
